We continue to expand our range of food PTs looking at environmental contaminants of concern with this PT for PFASs in beef. These persistent organic pollutants can bioaccumulate in the food chain and are of concern as their potential harm is not yet fully known.
22244 Plant Toxins in Herbal Tea

Some plant species produce toxins as a defence against being attacked by pests, which can be harmful to humans. In an agricultural setting it is not always practical to avoid co-harvesting such plants alongside the intended crop. Our herbal tea material will be contaminated with 2 or more from a defined list of possible toxins.
27437 Peanut (Allergenic Protein) in Chocolate
Fapas® have provided PTs for peanut in chocolate for some time and we now add a material for the determination of peanut as the allergenic protein in a chocolate test material.
