Bottled water (natural mineral water) is produced in huge quantities, and to be recognised as such must be free from pollution and be consistent in its composition. To ensure consistency, bottlers must regularly monitor the composition to ensure compliance. Our bottled water PT covers 10 common parameters used to monitor the water quality.

We continually review our product portfolio and revise the available analytes in relation to regulations, changes in processes and customer requests. As the result of such a review we have now included Ochratoxin A (OTA) in our PT for aflatoxins in melon seeds.
